So Kerry is now attacking Bush by saying that tax cuts designed to stimulate the economy (which they have done) have come at the expense of national security. He implies that he will raise taxes on the "rich" and small businesses to increase spending on national security. But that's different from what he says on his website where he claims he will raise taxes for a huge health care entitlement. And if he spends the money on that entitlement he won't have any money to pay down the deficit by 50% as he also promises on his website (in fact, he won't have the money to pay for the entitlement).
