It's the NFL, we still have a shot. There are alot of things I haven't liked about the Chiefs this season, but you are either for them or against them and on gameday I support the team and put all the animosity on hold.

That works for folks that are disappointed in performance... or critical of FO or HC decisions... not as a followup to "I'm done with this team."

I got to hear it out of you for both the Royals and the Chiefs now.

Thank God I don't give a shit about the Royals so I only have to listen to this assclown bitch about one team.

I kinda thought it was on the line when we played an expansion team at home last week...and lost. I hope I'm wrong.

This is a "must win" game for the Chiefs...

I just wonder if they know that... and if they have it inside themselves to give the best effort of their lives?

We had six starting offensive players in the pro bowl last year, and a seventh (Dante) who also played on offense. They're all going to be on the field tonight against a team that we beat last year while using the Spinner defense.

This team can play with anybody.

Uh...we're due?

Or, how about, God will make them lose since they have so many criminals on their team....

Or, maybe, we're actually overdue.

Whatever happens, I'm rootin my team all the way to the superbowl...........or wherever they end up...

I was about to comment about how amazing I found the optimism in this post... then I remembered that Steel Curtain post on the other thread.

I think you may be my hero, Rain Man. When you leave the house every day, you honestly believe, "Heck... I might have sex with Cindy Crawford today" don't you?

That's a great question. The Chiefs have been in this situation many times before. When they were a good team, they were able to dig down and get it done. They have also broken down, on Monday night no less. Tonight's game will tell which team we are rooting for.

GO CHIEFS!! :thumb:

I didn't know there was a criteria for bitching.

Where is the manual at?

I didn't know there was a criteria for bitching.

Not so much a criteria for bitching as an observation that "I'm done with this team" and "I'm still a die hard fan" are obviously contradictory statements.

Upon further review....

Baker pinned the Ravens deep in their own territory twice.

Morton had a great game.

Beisel and crew stuffed the run.

McCleon and Woods stopped the pass.

Sims had a sack.

Game Ovah. :D
