He was a hit & run spammer. Endelt deleted a thread by him earlier today and neglected to ban him. This is him returning about 5 hours later.

Really? His post count is still at one. Looks like the thread I deleted was undeleted.

You are right that I didn't bother to ban him. I didn't expect to see him again, and I'm lazy. If I had seen him return I would've gone to the effort of banning him.
