Anyone have trouble finding BiState 2 on you ballot?

I have heard stories where people could not find it on their ballot. I have also heard that people overlooked it and then found it. They had no idea what it was and voted no.

Yeah I overlooked it at first on my absentee ballot since it took up 2/3 of the back page....I figured it was all legal mumbo jumbo or something.
