This seems pretty easy at first glance. Two shots everytime the guy you voted against wins a state (to dull the pain). One victory shot every time your candidate wins a state. Every time a state is prematurely declared a winner you chug a minimum of one beer two if it's the guy you voted against. You could also put together a list of cliches the media personalities are fond of saying and everyone has to drink. What are some other rules that could be incorperated.

Every time you here "disenfranchised" or "intimidation" - Drink! You should already be drunk this morning.

I think you should drink every time they say Bush, Kerry, Ohio, Penn, Florida, polls, president, votes, the, and, or, he, she, we, them, are, plan...etc

Would thinking, typing, or seeing a word count the same as hearing it?

A good drinking game? Well, if you want to get drunk do a shot everytime you hear the words "Bush" or "Kerry".
