Well, to be honest, I have no doubts that they'll fight to the death and drag this through the mud.... but that statement they just released basically said "we aren't conceding", not "we're going to court" or anything like that....

Mary Beth Cahill: "The vote count in Ohio has not been completed. There are more than 250,000 votes remaining to be counted. We believe when they are John Kerry will win Ohio."

Somebody needs to tell her that her guy is losing the popular vote by several million votes.

Also, the Ohio Secretary of State says they have about 150,000 provisional ballots.

If they pursue this too hard--they will really hurt themselves.

Bush is going to win OH by more than 100,000 votes (Cleveland numbers are all in for those who are following the results). The Ohio Secreatary of State says that there are approximately 150,000 provisional ballots (the Kerry campaign says 250,000).

I've got a sneaking suspicion that we're going to see just how pervasive the Dem voter fraud really is if they start looking at those provisional ballots (which I have believed from the beginning they would put out there just in case the race is close).

They could have made this fly if Kerry won the popular vote...not with Bush winning it (and winning it big).

Provided Bush wins one of the remaining races...
