Specifically, will he contest an election based on a decision of 100,000 votes (i.e., Ohio)?

CNN isn't giving Ohio to Bush. THey are concocting theories as to how the provisional ballots might take Kerry over the top and they won't be counted for 11 days.

CNN has made Ohio a "green" state for the time being.

It will be tough and it will hurt the party. He would have to hope that over 75% of the votes are his and every single one is legitimate.

Is that worth losing in 2 more years and the following election as well when a trend is pointed out by the Reps? The Dems say no, and Kerre' shuts up to retire to Taxxachusetts.

He may not if its gets almost mathmatically impossible. Lookin like it may not be that far from that right now.

I'm betting that if Bush wins NM and NV, Kerry concedes. If not, I'll bet he contests.

Looks like Bush is going to go over 50% of the PV though. Would look rather pathetic for the Democrats, IMO.

Yeah, I think he's waiting to see if he can pull off Nevada, Iowa and/or NM. If those go Bush, Ohio really doesn't matter. He'll concede if Bush's EV vote total exceeds the Ohio margin.
