I don't think this is the final roster. This was posted on the OSU website last week:

Derek Anderson and Aric Williams Invited to Play in Shrine Game

The two will join Bill Swancutt on Mike Riley's roster.

Nov. 10, 2004

Corvallis, Ore. - Oregon State University football senior student-athletes Derek Anderson and Aric Williams have been added to the West roster for the 80th annual East-West Shrine Game. The all-star contest will be held Sat., Jan. 15 at SBC Park in San Francisco at 11 a.m. and be televised by ESPN.

Anderson is one of only five quarterbacks in the history of the Pacific-10 Conference to pass for in excess of 10,000 yards (10,206) and ranks tied for sixth for career touchdown passes with 68. The Scappoose native is the school's record holder in nearly all passing categories and for total offense.

Williams, from Los Angeles, has started 23 games at cornerback. He is the Pac-10's leader for passes defended (13) and is tied for second for interceptions with four. Williams is fifth at OSU for career tackles with 111.

The two join teammate Bill Swancutt on the roster for the game. The game is comprised of senior student-athletes who have exhausted their college eligibility.

Mike Riley will serve as the West's head coach. He will be assisted by Beaver defensive coordinator Mark Banker and offensive coordinator Paul Chryst.

Oops, missed the "so far" part, though obviously that isn't true either. :)
