Low. Real low. I'll be surprised if we don't have a blackout this year.

I do not know but a friend who called me from the game said there were a ton of no shows.

Exactly, how many people paid yet think the product is so bad they did not bother to show up.

Exactly...which is why I find it so funny the Chiefs organization keeps bragging about "Sell outs".

Sorry I guess my sarcasm meter is a little out of calibration.

the empty seats were obvious on tV...I'd say it was 1/4 empty....close to a 1/3 by the end

1/4 at kickoff? Wow.

I missed the first half, so was curious.

Only one game left for me...not going to the christmas day game. I'll be fortunate enough to see us get owned by the fuggin Broncos. Man, this football season has been horrible.

According to espn.com, it was 77,447. I find that kind of hard to believe...

Going this late into the season, I woulda never imagined earlier that the Chiefs would be 3-8, the fans discussing about a lot of no-shows to the games and potential blackouts. Let me just say this.....Wow!

Low. Real low. I'll be surprised if we don't have a blackout this year. There won't be any blackouts because all the tickets have been sold in advance. Whether people actually show up is another matter. The rich folk seats (center Gold section) was only about 2/3 full, lots of no shows upstairs in the nose bleeds. The fans that did show up made lots of noise and were in the game the whole way. Too bad we got crapped on again. We've only won two home games so far: Indy and Atlanta, both good teams. Go figure. There won't be any blackouts, but how many people show up for the Raider game on Christmas day could be interesting...

Heading to the turnstiles... We were offered free tickets.
Wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the games are that way...

Here's to 3-10 :toast:

ROFL - does anybody really need to answer that question?

:)

No.

Personally, I'd be f*cking pissed off if the organization was handing out free tickets to a game that I paid $60+ for. I'd be tempted to demand a refund.

There were empty seats, but no way there were 20,000 no-shows.

One of the local radio stations (might have been 610 or 810) was still pimping a free ticket giveaway at 11:40am. We were headed to my son's soccer tourney otherwise we might have tried to go get the tickets. But that must be a sign of the times. Free ticket giveaways that don't give away all available tickets. :hmmm:

There won't be any blackouts this season. Price Chopper will buy up any remaining seats so the games can be shown.

Next season, however...........

And I can't wait to see what the stadium looks like on Christmas. :shake:

The Chistmas game is going to be one sad affair, but hey, thats what happens when a team is out of the running half way through the year.

I doubt Christmas day will be that empty, its the f***ing Raiders. Chiefs lucked out with the Broncos and Raiders as the last two home games, if it was last year's schedule and we played this bad then maybe but not with the two hardest ticket games to get each year remaining.
