With the Thanksgiving holiday and the sad state of the team, I haven't been keeping up on the day-to-day activities of the Chiefs.

I was surprised yesterday when I heard that Welbourne was put on IR. When did this happen, and how does this affect the draft pick we owe Philly?

IIRC, we get a 3rd round pick either this spring or next in compensation. I'll be curious to see if this is just a season ender or a career ender.

IMO Bober has played better anyway

It will affect the compensation owed to Philly. We will probably owe them a 4th rounder instead of a 3rd rounder now.
