Gunther stays.

It is not like we woke up September the 12th and found out our defense was bad, this has been a problem for three years. This past offseason we stood pat when everyone knew we should have been more active, in free agency and maybe even more aggressive in the draft.

Someone has to take responsible for this wasted season. This time Peterson cannot blame Gunther Cunningham. Carl can only blame himself and his staff for the product he has put on the field.

Now if you're talking about the assistant coaches, that I would like to see some of them gone.

Absolutely! I hope most of them are gone. Whitlock also said that Lynn Stiles, and all his cronies underneath him need to talk a walk as well..

No it wasn't. The run defense is actually pretty decent now.
