Al Davis is nothing if not predictable and with Norv Turner implementing a similar offense I'm betting that Blaylock is in silver and black next year.

I sincerely hope not. I'm on the LaMont Jordan bandwagon this off-season...

They already have a Blaylock. His name is Justin Fargas.

You are working off of the assumption that Al Davis evaluates team need when making personnel moves.

Yeah, you're right. I did forget about who we're dealing with.........

Hmmm... Al's personnel decisions... or Carl Peterson's personnel decisions...

Yeah, I think I'll stick with Al in this one...

Get your ass to Buffalo Wild Wings. Maybe you'll run into Call-ahan, and he can autograph that poster of him you have on the ceiling above your bed!

Have to wait on my buddy to pick me up. Like I said, I'm meeting up with old friends, so I'm DEFINITELY having one too many today. I don't plan on driving.

As for Callahan... hmmm... I'm going to put this just as nicely and politely as I can muster:

F*** YOU! I'd rather see Joe Bugel back in with the team than Callahan... and that's saying something!

I wasn't addressing Carl's personnel moves. That's fodder for another thread.

Actually, if you're predicating this assumption on Al's eval and decision making, Blaylock wouldn't fit the Al Davis mold RB.

Larry Johnson would be more his kind of back, bigger and stronger, presumably, than Blaylock, and some speed.

But, LJ, of course, will not be available, at least not to the Raiders.

Nah, I'm predicating this assumption on the fact that Al likes to bring in ex-Chiefs and the fact that he's running our offense now.

Cowboys seem more likely than the Faiders.

They already have their RBoF, he is just coming off of an injury.

Unfortunately, we are more than likely not smart enough.

The Raiders will have Lamont Jordan as their feature back next year.

I wouldn't mind having Lamont Jordan as OUR feature back next year.

(that's assuming Priest hangs it up)
