I'm curious as to why KU's first several...what is it, 14 games?..... are all at home? Is that true? I guess it's a nice way to get off to a good start but I'd like for them to be a little more road tested for later in the season. Seems like a stupid way to schedule a season.

Rooting from afar I don't always catch the details of what is going on. It's all about Illinois here in.......Illinois....and rightfully so.

That was unreal.yeah that was sweet.....my wife thought the defender knocked that ball out of his hand but i was like no way he did that on purpose... that was the sweetest play ever by a KU walk on.

what was also beautiful about the play... is Moody tipped it, Miles stole it... passed it to Langford ...over to Simien... to Moody who dished it NO LOOK to Giddens. EVERYONE touched it.

man, this team is slowing becoming one of my favorite sports rosters of all time. Perhaps #2 behind the 1985 Royals.

They are so fun to watch... and 5 of first 6 games were against 2004 tourney teams. I cheer loudly like almost Every other play. Its great fun.

We don't need no stinkin' senior class next year. We did OK last year without one.

Graves was in and out. He couldn't make it to work on time. I wonder what happened to him. He'd be a good TE.

man this sasha kaun guy sucks...

he can't make the simple layup shot, why is he getting so much playing time instead of some of the other young guys who might actually be able to make a 1 foot shot?

well that "frosh" should still be able to make a darn layup... i dont think it's too much in asking a 6'10" guy to shoot the ball 2 feet through the air and make it one time ... i mean add the length of his arms into the equation and the ball might might not even be traveling 2 feet.

point blank range and he rims the ball out like it a 3 pointer

2 more point blank misses by the "frosh" with the hands of stone

Nah, surely not. We don't want to play anybody this early.

5 of first 6 games were against teams that made the NCAA tournament.... I do think Self needs to schedule a couple teams that have some big men....

They were supposed to play a preseason tourney but that got wiped out due to some exemption rule and then they moved another road game to later in the year to accomodate TV, so it ended up being a lopsided start with the home games. I think it is January where they make up for it by playing a lot of road games.

Two of the first three games in January will be against GT and @ Kentucky, with a game against Texas A&M in between...
