They clinched the division today.

Sucks that it isn't us, but better the Chargers than the Donx or Raiders.

And the turnaround they made this year is nothing short of remarkable.

And we still get to see Marty blow it in the playoffs. ;D

hahah....I think they might win a playoff game. This board will implode if Marty takes them all the way to the big dance.

Who would've imagined that the CHARGERS would run away with the division?

Too bad my fantasy team tanked last week, or it would be better...

Go Chargers. I'm rooting for you to go all the way.

And how about the year Donnie Edwards is having? If he doesn't make the Pro Bowl, they shouldn't have a Pro Bowl.

Did anyone archive the threads regarding the Chargers before the beginning of the season?

Specifically, threads pertaining to the astonishment and outrage when Marty was kept around for one more season.

I admit that I was one of the naysayers who could not believe that the Chargers kept Marty as "obviously the game had passed him by".

Congrats to Marty and the Chargers.

caveat: I still believe that a trademark Marty first-round trouncing is in the near future...

At what point to all of the top draft picks that they have received in the last few years start to pan out. I mean, come on, they've had VERY high picks for the last 4 or 5 years. It's not coaching, it's the product of sucking for several years, and obtaining spectacular talent that is finally blossoming. I see the Lions doing the same thing next year.

Yeah, I loved the offensive balance today... 50 runs, 6 passes. December, snow, and Martyball... gotta love it. :)
