...you have to spend 10 days in jail & 80 days of house arrest. Sentencing will be in March. You have a nice income, but probably have some healthy bills to match. You will be able to go to work, but are pretty much confined to home otherwise.

How do you spend your house arrest time?

they reached a plea agreement I guess, but it's not official until the hearing in March

doesn't sound too bad for a felony

Why does he have to miss the first four games of next year then?

I'd spend my time reading Dexter McCleon's new book "The Art of the Shutdown." I hear the forward was written by William Bartee. You can never know too much.

Didn't a guy in MN do basically the same stupid BS and only get a 2 game suspension?

The crappy part about this is that even if we bring in a FA or rookie CB next season, we are still going to have to stick one of the CB's we have now out there for the first couple of games.

The way the NFLPA and league have setup the CBA, players enter the NFL's Substance Abuse program on the first infraction. There is no punishment. They are suspended for 1 game for the 2nd infraction, 4 games for 3rd, and 1 year+ for the 4th and subsequent infraction.

I don't recall Warfield serving a 1 game suspension in the past, but he should have considering his DUI's. Maybe he hit a loophole. Maybe he'll only miss a game next season.

If Bartee is still on the roster it better be backing up at the safety position. If he is still here as a corner or anything more than the dime back Archie is going to be very upset. :deevee:

Watch game films every day, of every play I was beaten or out of position. Work out on the home gym.......spend the day on Chiefsplanet torturing fans about how great the existing secondary is and any CB draft pick is a waste.....and punch the clown until it had callouses like a Lumberjack's hand.

be prepared to be upset then...

cause bartee with be here next year AND he will still be a corner

the most we can really hope for is that we have enough talent on the depth chart in front of him next year that he is pretty much just a special teamer.

i think McCleon is the only corner gone next year
