[this is a newspaper article not a personal trainer to beat the lard off your New Year's resolution]

Didn't see this one in the KC media, but Keith Rowen gave his first press conference as a Cardinal:

I can't see a Vermeil disciple being able to work as an O-Coordinator for Dennis Green.
Here's a quote from Rowan's first press conference:
...when he was asked what he had learned from Kansas City coach Dick Vermeil, whom Rowen had worked under the past four seasons. Rowen choked up, and had to pause to regain his composure. “I learned that people matter,” Rowen finally said, “and what you do for one another is as important as anything you do.”


Uhhhmmm. I bet he lasts ah year.
