The NFL playoffs are by far the most entertaining sporting event, IMO. I love them even when the Chiefs are not involved. Time for some serious food.

Me, I have 12 lbs of beef and pork ribs on the smoker (conducting a test to see which I like best) and a couple large bottles of Aventius Wheat Dopplebock in the fridge.

No idea. I will find out once I get over to my parent's house and see what kind of leftovers they have.

I'm thinking about maybe some kind of frozen dinner, to celebrate the 2004-2005 playoffs in the manner that they deserve.
