That is what I thought initially, but the play was so blatent that the official had to throw the flag. That idiot could have easily avoided the penalty by not throwing a forearm to the QB head, which HE KNEW WOULD DRAW A FLAG.

I agree, and it's something that irks me on these replays. Announcers often say "It bounced, it must've hit the ground." No, it can bounce on the hands, too.
