Patriots | Law's Time Running Short? - from www.KFFL.com

Karen Guregian, of the Boston Herald, reports New England Patriots CB Ty Law (foot) may have played his last game with the Patriots. Law, out for the rest of the year after being placed on Injured Reserve, has a $12.5 million hit against the salary cap in 2005 and it is hard to see the team keeping Law, 30, around at that steep of a price.

Mark Gaughan, of the Buffalo News, reports Buffalo Bills DT Pat Williams is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent in March and it would be a surprise if the club were able to re-sign him.

If Law can be healthy then I'd be interested but it would suck to give him a big signing bonus just to have him hurting and not playing at 100% or sitting the bench.

Law is somewhat injury prone. But, when he plays he's a damn fine CB. I'd give him the money he wants. I think he is top 5 CB in the league.

Law will command to be paid like the "top" CB in the NFL. I'm not saying he isn't worth it but that will be a huge price to pay for one player! I am a big supporter of Law. He shows up on gameday ready to play. But he is gonna want to get paid this time!

I'd take Ty Law over Pat Williams.

If he came here, he would have to battle it out with Bartee for his job..according to DV.
