Its not too bad to clean if you let it cool down a bit and just wipe it off with a sponge. I don't want to use a real grill cause I live on a deck, and don't want to burn the building down or anything like that.

So BD,,tell me how you fixed them?

Cut off the ends so that they are clean and steam for only 5 minutes. Remove and cut in half. Take 2 or 3 pieces of bacon and fry crisp and remove and crumble. Pour out excess bacon grease leaving one tablepoon. Add enough olive oil to brown your brussel sprouts. Put your sprouts and about 20 cloves of garlic in pan and fry until their browned. After they are browned add enough red wine to steam for 7 minutes. Don't leave in too long you don't want them mushy. Remove and season how you like. They rocked. lil momma doesn't even like brussel sprouts and she loved them.

My new dish for next week will probably either be Coq au Vin or Tortilla soup. Both those dishes I saw on Emeril. I have wanted to do that soup for some time now. He did it in another show and called it Tuscan Lime soup.
