I will check out the download status bar one. The pop up manager definitly annoys me.

AdblocK is excellent. Though it seems that I am constantly updating it for ESPN.

Bugmenot is another great one if you read many news sites. It bypasses the registration/login.

Mouse Gestures. Because moving your cusor all the way to the top of the browser to navigate is just too much effort.

Adblock works much better if you use wildcards.

Adblock is also a great way to ignore invidivual sigs or avatars, if you are at work, or if you are a pussy.

There is an extension that will not allow animated gif's from being "animated" IIRC.

AdBlock kicks some serious AZZ!

If you cut & paste the below text to your AdBlock preferences you'll have to update much less. I added it about 8 months ago and only had to add 2 or 3 URLs since then and I think they were avatars or sigs on here.

http://www.geocities.com/pierceive/adblock/2005-01-13a.txt

I think that's the only extension I use. I use the Noka Extreme theme which is really cool too.

Firefox = :hail:

The only extension I have right now is SwitchProxyTool, its great if you have a laptop that you use a proxy at work, but then take it home and don't need one. Or if you are one of those people that hides behind proxies to hide your IP address and like to switch them a lot.

I use TBE on 4 different pc's and have been using it since the beta versions of firefox without any problems at all. Maybe your pc just sucks?

My PC far from sucks Tab browser extensions makes firefox unstable. I did not really believe this also because I used it with the Mozilla suite since 1.0 and it was fine. But with firefox I crashed more with it then I ever have before and I have had since 0.7. You should head over to mozillazine. There is a reason the tab browser extension is strongly unrecommended by Mozilla and that why itís not on https://addons.update.mozilla.org/ also perhaps you should read opinion of Mozilla developers http://piro.sakura.ne.jp/xul/tabextensions/tradeoff.html.en#opinion-of-firefox-developers

I use TBE and haven't had a single problem. I also like IE view for those few sites that aren't coded to standard. I love Forecast Fox and will definitely try AdBlock.

I am curious if any of you use Firefox themes and which ones you like/disklike.

I don't have much use for it....I just closed my browser window, and re-opened it.

Oh, snap. All six of my tabs are still right where I left them!

YOU HAVE NO USE FOR CONVENIENCE?

They have an autofill tool for automatically filling in forms (such as first name, last name, email, credit card stuff, etc). If you buy a lot of stuff or sign up for stuff, its highly useful.
