They will be breaking the bank on FA's. Damn those assholes in Denver.

You just have to have a great cap manager and know how to dance on the line...

I'm guessing that most of the big contracts signed recently have been backloaded and you always have restructuring.

So, every year you just keep pushing big money into extended deals. I dunno...

Just give up a 3rd rounder every year, and you too, can circumvent the salary cap.

Sounds like some of his math was guesswork, though he has been pretty accurate in the past. Like Wabbit mentioned... it will likely be more in the $7M under the cap area according to his inside sources.

Then again, it depends on how the FAs are resigned and structured. It's good news though, even if it is $7-10M only.

The way Carl drafts, I'd be okay with a 2nd rounder each year. :banghead:

You're calling bullshit on what they might be under in 2005, using what they were prior to 2004? Not many people know how the cap works, but I'm certain you have no clue.

One thing Im certain of, is whatever Denver's cap number, not one person knows what it is except for the club and the NFL .

That's why we draft our 3rd round talent in the first and second rounds.

ROFL Keepin' it real, I like that.

I was looking through the past 3 drafts - Rounds 1 to 3 for all teams- and it's amazing how many names I haven't heard the last year or two during the season.

I doubt they are as high as $17M under... likely $5-$10M ... simlar to many teams.
