I just got a shitload of Chiefs stuff at Walmart. Everthing was on clearance...

Jersey's, Sweatshirts, Hooded Sweatshirts where only $11.00 usually $35-50

Coats were $25 usually $50-$100

I was in heaven.

I noticed the Broncos stuff was not on clearence so I guess this is the plus side of having a losing record.

That's no excuse. The name is KANSAS City...not Colorado City. Fuggin' traitors. You think the Bronco's claim you all as their fans? NO! You all live in KANSAS...you're suppossed to be CHIEFS fans!

Then they would be the Missouri City Chiefs. No, I'm sticking with my story. They're in Kansas, just like the New York Jets are in New York and the Washington Redskins are in Washington and the St. Louis Rams are in Louisiana. Sometimes you just have to trust the facts.

KANSAS City Chiefs. They're in Kansas.

Note to self: Never build a city on a state line. It's simply too confusing.

Ummm, been a while since I lived in KC, but aren't the Chiefs a Missouri-based team? The Chiefs are so close to being in Kansas and the name Kansas is in their name so they are also associated with Kansas. Ask anbody outside the Midwest where the Chiefs are located and they will tell you Kansas.

I did get a good discount on the new winter coat I ordered from the store at the official Chiefs site. Sonofabitch is warm, too. I walked the mile from my office to the train station in 10 degree cold and didn't feel a thing.

My Mom gave me one as a gift before the season started, damn nice warm coat.

Well, yeah, all that's probably (and unfortunately) true, but wrong is wrong and geographic facts are geographic facts.

Too bad Billy Bartee wasn't for sale at clearance prices.

BTW: The New York Jets and New York Giants both play in New Jersey. So get over the "Kansas" thing. The Chiefs are about Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and points beyond.

Actually, I got the last one with the Trent Green bobblehead I ordered. I have him guarding my den... but I can train him to turn around and look at the fuggin' door. I got ripped.

If Missouri keeps voting down the improvements, they might decide to move to the Kansas side. Hell our mayor will welcome them with the deepest tax breaks you could imagine. Just like she did for Kansas Speedway.
