Can you see Lamar going after Terry Bradway for GM after Peterson (Finally) leaves? He has a pretty good record (other than bringing in Can't Hackett as OC).

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Denny was just a Carl lackey. Please, let's do this the right way when the time comes.

I agree... I just had this terrible feeling when I heard him on the local radio this week....

Just repeat after me Scott Pioli, Scott Pioli, Scott Pioli and you will be okay.

I think Bradway has done a pretty good job with the draft for the Jets. He's had some really nice finds. Frankly our draft has gone downhill ever since he left. I'd be happy with him replacing Carl, but I'm not sure he would want to make the move. A GM making a lateral move from one franchise to another is very rare and probably frowned upon in the ownership circles.

Pioli is never going to be chiefs GM, IMO. The Browns could not even get an interview.

Pioli is with the patriots, not the Browns

and Pioli's contract is up next year ... he won't need their permission to talk to other teams. In fact, i would think that he would be rather pissed off that the patriots blocked his chance for advancement so many times.

Pioli will be a GM some place next year, they only way the Patriot keep him is if they give him the full GM job for them.

I know where he works. the Browns ASKED permission to speak to Pioli and were denied.

I wouldnt mind him coming back. Hes had some decent drafts the past few years and the Jets, while not quite a powerhouse, always seem to be in contention. At least they have a decent defense.
