Help me out guys, I haven't been able to find out what went wrong in San Diego. Was Elvis out of the game?
Thanks in advance.

In a nutshell:
Grbac didn't play and Moon looked very much his age. He couldn't connect on any passes (Gonzo didn't have any receptions) and the ball had no zip on it what so ever. We have no running so San Diego played nickel and blitzed the whole game. Moon go beat up and intercepted alot.
Defense looked like they were there only because they lost pay if they didn't show up.
Thats the way I saw it anyway.

Actually, T Rich averaged 5.8 yards/carry, but was only given the ball 9 times. The offense scored no touchdowns, thanks in part to a bad call that eliminated a 1st and goal inside the one.
Gunther failed to attempt a 2-point conversion that should have been attempted.
Play selection and "player groupings" just built on Warren's lackluster performance.
