Since that's all I see on TV right now, may as well pick your best one.

Certainly Passion of the Christ is the best-produced, and most original. But before Gibson came along, I'd have to say my favorite was The Greatest Story Ever Told.

2) Dogma
3) Life of Brian.
4) Last Temptation of Christ.

Jesus Christ Superstar

I love the postcard racks, the Israeli tanks, the WWII era guns. You just know whoever filmed that movie was smoking some good hash while they filmed it in Israel.

The better half and I just watched the DvD "Passion of the Christ".
It's a year this weekend I became a Catholic, and well, kinda an anniversary.
By the end of the whipping scene she was crying non stop, and I had to pause the movie, and go have a "draw" :bong:
Man what he went through made me shiver.

That 1973 film rocks, but there's a better version of JCS out on DVD...

It does rock. I get a kick out of it everytime I watch it. Watched it with the wife Sat. night. I really think she likes me watching it because she thinks it is going to convert my atheism.

I'm going to have to check out the newer version.
