Anyone owns this game? If so, what are your opinions/thoughts about this game?

it's alright. I have been getting my ass kicked as i should with the royals. It has some cool features. Somethings sound cool but they aren't really. Like you players get pissed and they bitch at you all the time. It's always fun to ship them to the minors. I am playing it on pro and as of june 4th sweeney has 17 HR's and hasn't got hurt yet. Harvey did get hurt when he tripped over a egg roll

I have it. It's tits. A new patch just came out that addresses the choppy framerate issue on PC.

Man this patch is amazing. The framerate is much improved now.

I own it AND pwn it.

On Pro, I went 105-57 playing or managing every game, won the CY Young, MVP, AND World Series MVP with Zach Greinke (quite a feat), as well as hitting 56 homers with Sweeney for the title. Also, I won the batting title with my created player.

Swept the WS from the Phillies in a 20 Year Anniversary rematch, which was cool.

somethings are weird in it like sometimes i play then the next day the computer sends players down. Then sometimes when i am playing it subs for me and stuff.

Pro is for pussies.

I play Pro because it's the first baseball game I've played since like 98. Eventually I'll ease into All-Pro if it gets too easy. I did this with Madden, I played 2005 on pro for 4 games to get used to the controls and whatnot and then switched to All-Pro and haven't looked back.

Lots of PS2's are breaking lately... I wonder if Sony put a sort of self-destruct timer in order to force people to buy the PS3?
