Kris Wilson didn't sit out the entire season. He came back for the last couple of games. He'll be a big part of the O this season if he can stay healthy.

Yeah - I remember how he validated the decision to keep him on the roster for 16 games with his productivity in the last 2 games. Once, Green even threw the ball to somebody on his side of the field.

3. making a spelling error on Chiefs Planet

:)

I don't care about regular spelling errors ("genious," "rediculous," etc.). But I admit I have a pet peeve about Chiefs players' names that are misspelled. I mean, we're big fans, we of all folks should know how to spell our own guys' names, especially a guy who's been talked about a lot the last 12 months like Kris Wilson has.

No big deal, not a bannable offense, just a pet peeve. :)

Not to mention one can go here (http://www.kcchiefs.com/players/) and find the correct spelling.

Exactly.

It's rediculous for a true fan to misspell a player's name.

We need to set up a filter so if anyone tries to type "Chris Wilson" or "Cris Wilson" it replaces it automatically with the correct spelling. Sort of like if you spell cheifs C-H-E-I-F-S

Yeah - I take a small portion of pride in my ability to spell. It seems to be a lost art these days. But, I'm pretty sure I'm one of the jackasses who has screwed up that word. I sure wish the search function worked so I could verify.

LOL! I almost feel bad for you having to worry whether or not you might have misspelled definitely.

The reason I started using computers when I was younger was because I couldn't spell, and wordperfect had spell check. If I'm in chat mode, whether IM or BB, I say 98% of the time it doesn't bother me at all that I misstype something. It bothers me more when I get interupted in the middle of an edit on a post, and what comes out is complely incoherent, because I believe the idea is more important then the words.

I know he came back for the last couple games last season but, you gotta wonder how much that injury effected ( I hate this misspelling, as well :) ) him trying to start his NFL career. One thing we do know is that Al Saunders is a great offensive mind. And as I recall, he was gushing over Wilson in training camp. I think he'll be a big factor this year.

That first game he really played in preseason he looked great. I think he dropped his first two (easy catch) passes. Looked like he had the jitters. After that he was solid and he cought like 6 or 7 passes.

If his blocking is up to par he's going to be a nice weapon...

My biggest problem with are/our isn't knowing which one to use, but actually getting my fingers to follow through with it. I type our so seldome, that though I might actually say to myself, "O U R", my fingers would reather just type the fastest version they can come up with, which is "are". Drives me up a wall. Same thing happens with thier/there/they're, I absolutly know when to use the correct one, but I'll be damned if my fingers don't type "there" every single time.

But we all make mistakes.

But for me, I used to be good at spelling.
But, like many other things, if you don't use it, you lose it.

As a milkman for years, and now a breadman, I simply haven't had to write a whole hell of a lot over the years.
