Let's see....we signed Darrell Hill, Carlos Hall, and now and signed Robert Holcome. We are kind of doing the same thing the Donks are doing in a way I guess. Will Holcome even become a factor this year? We only signed him to a one year deal and T Rich isnt slowing down all that much. I guess were wanting to take the load off I guess.

Before that it was the Kansas City Rams, and before that remember the Kansas City 49ers.

Hey.. at least we are doing something.. and addressing areas of need... maybe not as much as we would like.. but Hall.. is probably going to be the 2nd or 3rd best end we have... and Bell better freaking stay healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

We didnt really take that many players from the Rams, just DV and Trent.

And Dexter McCleon. And Eddie Kennison. And Joe Germaine. And that one D-Lineman that was here like four years in a row. And...

We eventually signed McCleon the next yr (BIG MISTAKE.....people gave me a lotta shit because I was against bringin him in, then looked what happened.)

Do we need him to?

It's my understanding that he'll provide depth. We don't need an "impact" from him.

Actually, didn't McCleon come in the Trent trade? I thought we got Trent and McCleon for that 1st rounder...

Chris Thomas, Tony Horne, Willie Jones, Taje Allen all were acquired in 2001 from the Rams.

No, he arrived in 2003.

Look at the bright side. Now with Holcombe aboard, we can finally trade Larry Johnson for that shutdown corner.

We picked him up as a FA two years after we got Trent.

Also dont forgot about the front office - Lynn Stiles and Mike White came over from the Rams as well.

Holcombe COULD be important if Trich gets hurt. Every time TRich gets hurt they come out and say they have to throw out part of their playbook because they lose what TRich brings.

As far as KC Titans, well now I don't think anyone can say Gun isn't having any influence over personnel. He probably reccomended a lot of these guys. We almost came away with Rolle too. I'm surprised we didn't go after Mason and Carter... ;)

I am also pretty surprised we didnt go after Mason. But then again our main focus this offseason is defense.

I was almost certain Dv and Gun would have gone after carter when he became available.Since DV had him in St. Louis and Gun has a good relationship with him.I was surprised when they didnt even bring him in.

It is my perception that once you get as many posts as TK13 and Zachkc they know each other pretty well and the smilies are no longer needed. It is actually more fun without them once you start getting to know these people. JMO

When your playbook is 2,000 pages thick, I have to wonder how much of that they have to throw out when TRich gets hurt.

With all these Titans being brought in it makes me wonder what Andre Dyson did to Gunther while they were together in Tennessee.

His stats are impressive but there must be something behind the lack of interest in him not only with the Chiefs but around the league.

Damn are you still bitter about how we stole Ray Crockett away from you in the pime of his career? He easily had a pick or two left in him.

Since the Titans are my home team and the Chiefs are my new home team, I think the Kansas City Titans would work out well for me.

It looks like my 2 favorite teams have merged.
