I'll tee it up first.

<tr><td>Previous Week (04/04/05):</td><td>309</td></tr>
<tr><td>Current Week (04/11/05):</td><td>304.5</td></tr>
<tr><td>Total Week's Loss:</td><td>4.5</td></tr>
</table>

Today, on 4/11/05 I weighed in at 304.5 for a total loss since I stared of 10.5lbs (6 weeks).

While 1.75lbs/wk average isn't all it's cracked up to be, I only lost 3lbs in the first 4 weeks.

Great Job! My first week I lost 1 pound, but then 5, then 4, then 3 pounds a week till I reached my goal.

Congrats, good to hear from someone who's been there, done that.

If you don't mind sharing: how much did you lose in total?

31 pounds, during the "diet" phase which was 10 weeks. I lost some Christmas weight before that, which was about 6 pounds. Basically first day of the diet was the 12th of January, and on Mar 22nd I reached my goal, a day under 10 weeks.

I have lost another 3 pounds in maintence mode in the last few weeks. I may go for a few more pounds and call it good, I just don't want to get too skinny.

Dang it.....the "I'm 6'1", 'big boned,' and a 'mesomorph'" excuses won't work anymore.... :banghead:

I weighed myself on Saturday at 199.5 lbs., so I'll go with that. I think I'm somewhere around 60 percent body fat.

I'm sure you could shave your head to get that down to 199.45...

Heh....that means you are a fat midget....with lean body mass of 80 lbs or so. No wonder you chose a stick man for your avvy....heh.

Did you run your measurement through the spreadsheet and arrive at his number or is it purely self-depricating?

In an odd coincidence, my wife almost drove me to suicide last weekend in a similar situation. I needed to get my haircut, and pondered shaving my head since I'm really tired of being bald. My wife flat-out said no, and then after a few minutes of silence said, "A shaved head doesn't look good on overweight men."

Crap. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds. It's not like I'm morbidly obese or anything. I just about went up to the attic and threw a rope over the rafters.

Can you imagine what life would be like if a husband told his wife that she was overweight? The marriage would probably be over.

Fugg suicide. You have your own company. Chicks dig that.

But, man....that's harsh. If you are serious, about her saying that....wow.

It just ruined the whole evening. I'll admit, though, that it was motivating, albeit in a confidence-crushing manner.

210 now. I'm not sure I can get much less than 210.

I was 224 just a few moments ago. I'm sure had I weighed this AM, I'd have been less so I feel good about my progress considering I really haven't changed anything I'm doing.

Dang Rain Man, I missed that one! That is some truly fugged up stuff there.

Well, I'm officially down to the minimum weight I want to be, so I have to find a way to keep from dropping further all the way down from 213 at Christmas to a solid 170 this morning.
