I'm heading to St Louis next week for a bachelor party and was curious as if to take a gag gift for the groom to be or just buy him a few shots or both.

Seeing that I'm over 40 now,it's been awhile since I've been to a bachelor party so I was hoping for a little help from some of you youngsters or anyone who's attended one lately.

Buy the man a lap dance and a shot for gods sake! the man is getting one vagina for the rest of his life, have him remeber you let him see one more before this happens.

Get him some DVD porn (he'll need it later) then make sure he doesn't pay for anything all night.

In an odd coincidence, I'm going to my first-ever bachelor party this week. I've never been in the same city as my friends when they were getting married.

You have friends? Maybe they don't invite you because while they're drinking they may want to get an eraser out.

Nzoner, you'll have to give us the scoop on the new Penthouse Club that took the place of Diamond Cabaret. Just re-opened a couple weeks ago.

I'll be looking forward to the post-party thread.

I just threw a bachelor party last month. Trust me, anything you take other than your wallet is going to get lost, eaten, destroyed or ground up and snorted.

Lap dances and shots are the way to go.

You have friends?

I like to think so, but then again I've never been to a bachelor party, so maybe not.

I was there 2 weeks ago with my buddy's bachelor party. Better quality girls, but you pay for it. Definitely high class by strip club standards. We ended up going next door to PT's (I think?) to get the dirty stuff done.

We'll compare notes.

In a bummer, though, an old friend of my wife's is coming into town that evening, so I'll have to leave early to go meet up with them. I have a feeling that I'll have to leave before the first tassel gets spun.

Just combine with everyone else to make sure he has a heck of a night and doesn't pay for anything.

Also, no pictures.

I'd bring a blow-up doll and make him carry it around with him all night during the bachelor party.

See now, that's a shame. There's no need for them to try and go all high class on us when what we're talking about here is strippers.

The importance of this rule cannot be overstated. About 4 yrs ago, we had polaroid evidence of a shower dance involving one of my friends at his party. My then girlfriend, now wife, found them in my pants pocket when she was doing laundry. They were with me for "safe keeping." Needless to say, the fallout from that incident took a long time to clear.

Ha-ha!! SN missed out on Roxies.

That's where the dirty stuff happens. a mile due north of PT's in Brooklyn.

Heh,I wonder if he could get in Busch Stadium with one of those as we're taking him to the Cubs-Cards game that afternoon.

Meet the wife's friend, then go to the bachelor party.

Eh. I didn't anticipate her doing laundry at 9:00 am the next morning. :banghead: Definitely not one of my finer moments.

I don't think I've ever been to a bachelor party either. Guess all my friends are just unmarryable drunks like myself.
