Coming up tomorrow for those of you tracking with the spreadsheet I did. You'll need a tape measure and some string or one of those tape measures from a sewing kit that is really flexible. Of course it will have to be long enough to go around you. I use a 25ft tape measure. :( Thankfully I don't need all of it. :thumb:

Again, any women will need to change the body fat % formula. Men, you technically only have to fill out the Height, Weight, Neck, and Abdomen to get all the math to work. Everything else is just for your recordkeeping.

I had my first blip on the scale this morning. For the first time since I started the weight went up from one day to the next. Of course I'd lost 3.5lbs in 3 days, so I knew it had to be water and would pile right back on. I'm still down two since Monday, so it isn't so bad.
