I fell on an unexploded shell sometime during the Verdun visit. It's not that bad, I never used my left hand anyway.

I'm trying to figure out where the 25lbs came from, you don't look heavy to me. Or is that an "after" pic?

I don't know if that's an after pic or not, and I'm not trying to be a dick to Jenson... but, it's not like dropping 25 off that pic would make him blow away in the wind or anything.

A person doesn't have to reach 300 pounds before they decide they wanna drop a couple.

Oh yes, I guess you could call that an after pic, although it was taken about 10 days ago, and I've lost a little more since then. And Endelt is right, I'm still at .... 207, 208. We'll see how it ends up.

I don't follow a diet, I just do these five things:

No pop.
Water.
No more than the serving size amount.
No eating after supper.
Be active.
