It's not 3am everywhere on the planet (Chiefs or otherwise). I'm on because I have 20 things to do before my 5pm meeting, already been working 14 hours and don't feel like doing any of them.

YES! Training to be miserable! Many soldiers (or 'Airpersons' in your case) can be miserable without any additional training. But some need that extra practice to get to a level of being truly miserable. Nothing like some early AM NBC training to get everyone practiced up on the important task of 'misery'.

We've got the right conditions too.... 30s and it's been raining since Tuesday. There's a chance of snow later today - but I'm off to bed because I get to go practice being miserable again later this afternoon.

woohooo.

After all that and you need MORE practice? Wow. Enjoy your sleep. I'm going to be so I can get up at 0300 and make sure my nightshift troops are still at work.

No, I did not lie. I truly was wondering why she wasn't getting up ...

The fact that I did is another issue.

:D

And it's amazing that a kid that cannot crawl manages to get himself sideways in his crib. WTF?!?!

Actually, there are no more late night bottles. Trust me ... at 23 lbs. and 30 inches at 8 months old, the kid doesn't need them.
