Does this mean we will not be persuing a running back in the draft to replace Blaylock?

...maybe we could use that pick for something a little more productive... :hmmm:

Bob Dole didn't think we would be pursuing a RB in the draft, anyway.

It'll be that Jonathan Smith guy.

Did we resign JarJar Binks-Julian?

I think Matt Jones would make a great fullback.......

That gives us at least 3 running backs on the roster behind Holmes and Johnson.

What's happened with Blaylock anyway? Did someone sign him? If so, I guess I missed it...

Hmm, okay. Can't believe I missed that. Too bad, figured someone might think of him as a starter...

He's still a backup behind Curtis My Favorite Martin.

Yeah, and good for him. He'll be fatter and happier money wise with the Jets. Hated to see him go, but that's the bidness...

One of the draft analysis thingees I saw said we would probably try to pick one up in the 6th or something...

You really need to stop visiting Warpaint Illustrated.

ROFL

Actually, I got it from Rand on KCChiefs.com:

Chiefs coach Dick Vermeilís wish list for this weekendís draft includes a cornerback, safety, linebacker, tight end, running back, wide receiver and offensive lineman. Thatís a big list and obviously heís not going to find a dazzling gift in every draft choice he unwraps on the Arrowhead Stadium practice field.

...which I guess could be the same as Warpaint.com...
