Gunther says that it takes the LB's longer to learn his system than any of the other positions. We will probably have two new LB's if not three. So as far as the LB's go we are basically at the same spot we were before last season.

Makes sense. However, in terms of talent:

Johnson and Bell > Caver and Beisel.

Yes the talent is better. But even if you have all the talent in the world they will not be good if they don;t know where to go and how to work together.
