I apologize. This is way off topic. Smart @ss remarks are not necessary. Just want to let you weightlifters/bodybuilders know about a DVD that was released today. I consider Skip a friend of mine. He has taught me and a lot of other people how to lift, diet, and live the bodybuilding lifestyle.
