No.

But hopefully Missouri doesn't suck as much in baseball as they do in football and basketball. :shake:

Nebraska had a setback last night when they dropped one to Texas Tech but rebounded nicely today against Oklahoma and knocked the Sooners out. They play the loser of Missouri/Baylor tomorrow. Nebraska has already locked up a regional so it's not do or die for them in the Big 12 tourney like it is for teams like Missouri and Oklahoma St. and Oklahoma. Baylor I'm sure will be in a regional as well. So will Texas.

Was Missouri playing Texas Tech today or did they play Baylor and who won? I know Nebraska plays the loser of the Missouri game today.

I was listening to the radio this morning and they were talking about the conference tourneys around the country. 6 #1 seeds were beaten yesterday with Nebraska being one of course. Miami lost again today and they are done. But I believe they will be in a regional as well. I'm just waiting to see just how good teams like Tulane and Oregon St. are or do they just have great records because they play creampuff schedules? Nebraska is there because they are deep in pitching. Ranked #2 in ERA in the country with 2.78 runs per game. Bullpen is very deep.

Nebraska will be there. Course they gotta win tonight against Tech. They play at 6 this evening. :)

Nebraska gets by Texas Tech today 2-1. Nebraska's freshman Johnny Dorn pitches a 5 hitter and lowers his ERA to 1.86 and is now 10-1. An ERA of 1.86 is incredible considering the use of aluminium bats.
They play Mizzou today at 1pm. Missouri only has to beat Nebraska once to get to the Championship game. Nebraska has to win twice over Missouri in order to play Sunday. The Huskers have had to win twice more than a few times on Saturdays in the past few years and they seem to play well when the pressure is on.
I believe it's on TV on Fox SN. Seeing as how I get Fox sports Rocky Mnts.and not Midwest I'll probably get hosed as far as getting to watch the game. Colorado doesn't have a ball team in the Big 12 and they usually elect to show something else. LIKE SOME STUPID ASS REPORT ABOUT THE DENVER BRONCO'S!! :cuss: :banghead: :cuss: That or poker. Anyway the game is on at 1pm.

Go Big Red!! :)

So Nebraska used their best pitcher last night? Who are they going to throw at the Tigers today then? I have a feeling that the Tigers can win at least one out of the two.

Oregon State is in the baseball deep Pac-10. It's probably the second best baseball conference in the country. It's far from a "creampuff" schedule.

Dorn's not their best pitcher. That would be Joba Chamberlain. Zach Kroneke is going for the Huskers today. He's 7-2 with a 2.84 ERA. Huskers are so deep at pitching there's not much dropoff whoever they have out there. Then the bullpen is unreal.
So far it's 1-1 at the top of the 3rd.

Zona and USC are both having kinda off years. So the Pac-10 is kinda down this year. I haven't seen Oregon State so I really don't know much about them. But to be 41-9 they've had to have a helluva year.

Nebraska and Baylor at 1pm CDT for the automatic bid to a regional. Nebraska already has a bid locked up for winning the Big 12 reg season. Baylor in all likelyhood has one locked up anyway. So what are we playing for today?
Oh... I guess some sort of bragging rights. :)
