If the court of public opinion believes he's getting away with something he's guilty of then they don't buy his records and he's further isolated then he's not 'won' much of anything.

I tend to doubt this acquittal will erase many doubts or suspicions about him. He's crossed the line one too many times.

Hey, I'm just as skeptical of his behaviour as anyone. But I don't buy the idea that he somehow paid off the jury. I think it's a pretty clear case that the people who are going after him are scammers who were pulling a job. That doesn't mean that I'd leave my kid with Jackson for a weekend. It just means that I don't believe he molested this kid. If he had molested this kid, I don't believe that there'd be any way in hell he'd be able to get away with it.

I didn't say he paid off the jury. I don't think that is true. I think the people in CA are so starstruck they will do anything to acquit a star. If someone like Robert Blake could get off then surely MJ was going to walk.

I agree with Taco.

This whole "Would you send your 10 year old to spend time with Jackson" is also a pretty bad argument. All it takes is a little doubt for people to get defensive about anything, especially their little children.

If a stranger told you that I molested their child, you'd never let me babysit your kid, since even though it's not true, you never know and you sure as f*ck won't send your little ones to me to make sure.

Jackson's reputation will always be the one of a child molestor now. Like the rest, I don't know whether he did it, but I'm not sending any kids his way, that's for sure.

Sure there is based upon the kids families sketchy past. I am not sure he did this time but why wouldn't he do it again? Child molestors always strike again. Jackson intentionally targets families and kids that have undesirable characteristics…. And that also goes for the staff he hires too…. They all have baggage.

He has had time to refine his acquisitions to find the perfect targets and the perfect escape route.

That way when he gets caught he can always trash these witnesses and use their past to counteract his sickness.

Besides when you think about it... what kind of losers would work for Jackson or allow their kids to sleep in his bed.

Innocent unless proven guilty.

It may be a fine point, but you are presumed innocent untill proven guilty. That is different from saying that you are innocent untill proven guilty. No one has to prove their innocence.

In other words, the law says "Michael might be guilty, or he might be innocent, we will never really know for sure. If we cant prove you guilty, then we have to treat you the same as if you were innocent, whether or not you can actually prove it." Of course sometimes you can prove your innocence (I didnt rape that girl, I was being interviewed live, on national TV, on NBC for that entire evening for crying out loud), but thats just an added bonus.

Is it really that inplausible to people that this wench of a mother hatched this entire scheme expecting a huge payout at the end?

Sure that's possible but here is my issue. First of all there are a lot of young boys that claim to have been molested by him. The case with the big payout was very damning and I totally beleive they would have successfully prosecuted him on that charge had he not weasled out. That being said child molestors don't stop, that's why there are so many others who have made these claims. I also don't believe this will be the last unless he ends it all sometime in the next few years. That being said if you believe he has done this before then why wouldn't he molest this kid, it was set up perfectly. I do agree that the family of the boy was very shady though. I wouldn't be very inclined to believe them at all if there were not so many others.

A few quick thoughts on this mess.

1. I'm not surprised by the verdict. All the reasonable doubt in the world was presented in form of that kid's twat of a mother. If that bitch told me I was bald I wouldn't believe her.

2. And speaking of dear old mom, she should have been tried right alongside Jackson. If you are a parent, and let your child within a hundred feet of Michael Jackson, the government should take your kids away and have you spayed. She pimped her poor ruined child for cash - end of story. The bitch is lower than whale shit.

3. Did he do it? Probably. Oh well. Better luck next time to whatever bunch of Keystone Kop lawyers go after him.

4. Jackson said he'd leave the country after this is over (assuming he has enough cash left at this point to hop a Greyhound to San Diego). I hope he does. Sell all your remaining assets, renounce your U.S. citizenship, and go bed little boys on another continent, you pathetic freak. Maybe the vatican can set him up with a safe house in Italy.

5. Thank God it's over, because I'm sick of hearing about it.

If Michael Jackson had molested my kid, no amount of money would be able to buy me off. I'm not stopping until he's behind bars in that situation. It wouldn't be until after justice was served that I went back after him for civil damages. What kind of father would allow his kid to "sleep over" at MJ's place?

Oh yeah, its you Taco. ;)

How would you put him behind bars? That's not in your purview.

If MJ (or anyone) hurt my grandkids, there would be no need for a jail. At least not for him.

For my sons and myself, yes, (after our trial) but no jail needed for the molester - whom ever that might be.

You know, I was going to invite the neighbor kids over for a sleepover. Maybe a little touching here and there. But then I thought...I'm not famous--so I will go to jail. So I came to the conclusion of not inviting the neighbor kids over.

Does anyone else see how twisting this world (especially America) has gotten? If you're a celeb, you get to do anything you want. Michael Jackson is a sick and twisted freak. He has "child molestor" written on his forehead and his silver sparkly glove. But yet, he walks. It's so messed up, there's no words to describe.

What a shame that famous people can kill and molest then be let off....:(

I no longer have enough faith in humanity to believe that the accuser didn't have a monetary motive nor do I understand how someone would want to molest a child which makes it harder to understand.

If he molested someones child why is he still walking on two good legs and a functioning spine?

I don't get it.

If Michael Jackson wouldn't have been Michael Jackson. If he would've been an average joe named Steve Sampson who had multiple plastic surgeries done to change his skin color, had a place called "Neverland" where he invited kids over to sleep with overnight, and give alcohol to kids, HE WOULD HAVE BEEN CONVICTED. This is a straight up 'celeb gets free because he's a celeb' case, all the way.

He will get his though.

I didn't say he paid off the jury. I don't think that is true. I think the people in CA are so starstruck they will do anything to acquit a star. If someone like Robert Blake could get off then surely MJ was going to walk.

Chances are he did molest the kid just like OJ killed Nicole and Robert killed Bonnie.OMG! Multiple posts in the same thread that we agree on. Is this what Anakin felt like when he switched to the darkside?
