God, I can't remember the last time I had ice cream. Favorite flavor is probably mint chocolate chip.

Think I last had a Blizzard about a month ago. Favorite there is M&M and Heath.

I don't eat much of that kind of stuff anymore, though.

Now I have this thing for Edy's Real Fruit Lemonade Bars.

When I eat it, I like vanilla. Although I mix it up a bit and get chocolate sometimes, or get a blizzard.

My favorite type or brand would be homemade. No one does it better like my Grandparents (shut up).

There is simply no better Ice Cream than Whitey's. A Turtle malt/shake with extra pecans is the best ice cream you'll ever eat. But you'll have to come to the Quad Cities to try it out.

Here is a menu from "Bombay Ice cream", an Indian ice cream place in San Fransisco. I want to go there some day. Indian ice cream is simply the best ice cream i've ever tasted. It uses less sugar, and more cream than American ice cream.

None. Can't stand ice cream. Can't stand cake with icing either. Just not that much of a sweets person. I can eat a snickers bar every once in awhile, and recently Take 5's have been a favorite.

Give me a choice between a candy bar/ice cream/cake or a piece of fruit. I'll take the fruit everytime.

Brand - definitely Ben & Jerry's

Flavor - depends on when you ask. There are times when a woman just needs chocolate. That's the time I would choose Chocolate Therapy. Any other time, I like Karamel Sutra.

I had a Highland brand that was Honey Cashew Caramel. That's probably my all-time favorite, but I can never find it. :(

Edy's makes the best Rocky Road.
Blue Bunny Double Fudge is really good.

Baskin Robbin's Pink Bubblegum is my all time fav. If I go there and it's not in rotation, I'm not getting anything.

Maggie Moo's strawberry with sprinkle mix-ins in a sprinkle waffle cone is another top choice although it will almost put you in a sugar coma.

If I'm buying ice cream at the store the only brand I'll get is Breyer's. Or Dove bars. Dove bars are good.

There is quite a few in Kansas. South of I-70. I believe Baskin Robbins and Braums had some sort of an agreement to that. You'll never find a BR south of I-70, and you won't find a Braums north of I-70. North being Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan. South being Wichita. :)

It has to do with some sort of marketing ploy: I believe it's Dreyers on the East coast and Edy's on the West coast. Or vice versa- I'll have to look into the freezer section next time I'm at the store.

Inspired by this thread, and celebrating my rampant success with the weight loss this month, tonight is pig-out night (hey, it makes sense to me - celebrate dropping lbs by putting on lbs so I get to work that much harder tomorrow - moron am I). Got a pizza to toss in the oven, some frozen TGI Friday's appetizers and...a pint of hagen-daz mint chip ice cream with a pack of m&m's to sprinkle on top.
