I'm looking at throwing up a small online store, and would like to hear some thoughts from anyone who's used such software.

Free GPL software would be ideal.

It turns out that my webhost has a copy of osCommerce ready to install... turned that on last night and will play with it for a while. So far, I think it looks/feels like a pretty decent tool.

I hear osCommerce is a great tool.

yeah i had an online clothing store that worked flawlessly with osCommerce.... until my business partner embezzled shitloads of cash... but I digress.
