Anyone know of any sites where you can d/l free music and/or movies? There used to be a ton of them on the web but that's no longer true.

To toss in a legal ( ) but temporary option, Emusic offers a 50 song/two week trial period. They've got some stuff that's next to impossible to find anywhere else, legal or illegal.

I have to disagree that bit torrent is a good method. It's great if you can find what you want, but selection is very limited, and a lot of the torrents are dead.
