The smoker is loaded! Happy 4th everyone!

What would the 4th be without fireworks and BBQ? Just loaded up about 5 pounds of ribs, 6 pounds of brisket, and a 6 pound butt. Dinner at 6!

Split pork loin, one done teriyaki style, the other pineapple & spice
One whole brisket, split, half done hot & spicy, other as teriyaki beef
3 racks of spare ribs, KC-Style...

Got the brisket on about a half hour ago, hopfully if the weather clears we will taking it to Gladstone for the concert and fireworks tonight.

I can't wait to start blowing shit up. I have some nieces (4 and 7 years old) that gives me the excuse of "helping" them light some fireworks ("see, if you slide this M-80 into the carcass of this dead bird...")

Big party. Gin and tonics and cold beer. Racks and racks and racks of ribs.
