I've been on friggin' hold for an hour! An hour ago, the message said there was approximately a 4-minute hold time, and I was third in line. About 7 minutes later, it said, "Your call is now first in line. A representative will be along shortly to help you. Thank you for your patience."

So now... 53 minutes later, it's a matter of principle. I kept waiting because I kept thinking it would end soon. Not so. Now, I'm holding just to give whatever poor soul answers the phone a big ass chewing.

I'm in charge of creating and updating our website at my internship (even though my degree was in Sports Management) and PlanetKC was the worst company that I have been involved with....so I made the switch to Time Warner cable

This is why I pay to rack my own server. Nobody can lock me out of s**t, no caged monkey in the NOC has my root password, I can change anything I want without retribution, etc.
