I was just wondering when does this game officially hit the shelfs.

Cause im not sure if i'll have the money to get it right away, I mean I want too but it all comes down to money.

Hopefully i'll have it.

About time you pulled some weight around Home.

Take an extra shift a week for the next month, and you can have your new toy, and catch up on your bills. I'm glad to hear you're not spending that video game money on a Ring.

EA Sports says August 9th.

I haven't bought Madden in a couple of years, and I'm skeptical of NCAA... so I'll probably buy NCAA and then trade it in for Madden if it doesn't go well.

I bought Madden last year instead of NCAA for the first time.

In 2002 I bought both. In 2003 and 2004, I bought NCAA only. Last year I bought Madden and I'm glad I did -- NCAA had a serious flaw that made it unplayable.

This year's NCAA is off the hook though.

Sure you can.

Tell your boss that if he ever gets in a jam and needs help to give you a call. Come in save the day, make an extra couple of bucks.
You do that enough then you're not the third driver anymore.

If you pre-order it, you can pick it up August 8th. If not, you will have to wait till the next day.

I have had mine pre-ordered and payed off since December.

Thats fine. I should have my dad payed off next week. And on the 9th i'll get paid again so i should be able to go get it the next day.

The only thing I would worry about is whether or not you can find it on the 9th.

These games have gotten so popular that pre-orders are being taken 6 months prior to release and stores are opening at midnight to sell the games.

Because of this, I'm glad Gamestops are popping up everywhere around here.... there's probably 6 or 7 within 10 minutes of me, as opposed to 2 a couple of years ago.

Yep. There's a GameStop now in a town about 30 minutes from my house. The town has about 25k people in it and they've got a GameStop. There's 2 more within 30 minutes of me that are in equally small towns, plus there's one not 5 minutes from where I work.

Starbucks without the across-the-street-from-each-other convenience.
