Tell me everything you know if you can make fried chicken as close to Kentucky fried chicken.

The pressure deep fryer is key. Saw the demo on QVC one day. It will be my first time at . I need some tips. First timer.

Dangers involved here. I use an old pressure cooker. 70's Presto.

The KFC in my neck of the woods is a combo KFC and LJS...it's awsome cause you can get a 5 piece bucket and the 3 fish/2chicken plank platter with fries for slaw. Excellent hangover food...lotsnlosta grease.

I miss the LJS that closed on my side of town - only have 1 in town nowadays and that is way on the other side of town.

Oh...I forgot about this other 'combo' store that's a bit closer to me. It's an LJS and A&W--so you can get the 3 chicken 2 fish fries for slaw and the chili dog combo...good times.
