And I have got a few bits for you folks:
1) Everyone was too hard on Bartee after the Colts game. Warfield was the toastiest that game and that was because he was afraid of drawing the flag.
2) Hicks was in Mannings face throughout the Colts game.
3) Browning should be playing DT. It was Browning and Dalton who were responsible for the defense's success that day.
4) LB Pursuit and tackling was awful in the Colts game.
5) Holmes has not lost his burst, TJ.
6) That old offensive line schooled two of the best defensive lines. I'll enjoy watching them manhandle the Raiders, Broncos and Chargers D-Lines this year when the defense and the added depth gets them some rest.

I was happy after that Colts game. LOL I remember the standing ovation for the 3 and out on the first Colts possession. One of the priceless moments of the 2004 season. Even with a 7-9 record, there were a few things I'll never forget from the season and plus the last month or so was a big plus. I love the Chiefs.

Barber alwasy had what it took to be a probowl OLB, the guy just couldn't say healthy...

Yeah, but health is that important. The one thing I'm hoping for more than a lot of things this year is DJ playing really well ASAP and not getting hurt (obviously). That would be huge for the team, really huge.

Others disagree. I agree with you guys. If healthy, our LB corps is that much more solid. We may even be able to push Barber or Bell to the middle if Kawika hasnt come along (which I hope he has.)
