again! They look to have pulled out a win in extra innings.
Well that's what the gamecenter said. Sure hope it wouldn't lie to me. :)

It took about 2 or 3 innings too long, but at least they pulled it out. I was getting worried, as Arroyo was making our guys look just foolish there for awhile.

Just saw the replay on ESPNews. Dude was OUT at home. KC won the game on a bad call.
But anytime these ragtag no money losers can punk one of the bloated east coast powerhouses, I like it. :D

If you watch the reverse angle replay you can see the catcher doesn't have the ball as dejesus taps home plate. It was a very Anti-climatic game, very sloppy but hey what the hell else was on at 11:30 tonight?

Wrong, DeJesus was safe. I've seen the play from all the angles available; his leg went under Varitek's glove and crossed home plate. In fact, the ball wasn't even yet in Varitek's glove when DeJesus' leg swept underneath.

Hey, whatever works. If it was legit, all the better.

Actually I would prefer that we did get a call, might be the 1st time since a guy named Brett was donning the royal blue. Plus I echo your sentiments fugg the east coast wehaveitallz!

I was watching via the Red Sox telecast. They even said it was the right call...

Bases loaded in the 9th and Emil Brown popup.
This is what separates good teams from a team like the Royals.
We need some real good bats. Just a few. One good one would have won this game.

This team is as hot and cold as Angel Berroa, and that can't be a good thing. He can go 9-10 and lite it up, only to follow up with a 2-50 with 48 strikeouts!
