Yes I am WHINING! I am throwing a temper tantrum like a little kid!

This S.O.B. keeps talking about come watch him practice, DV keeps blowing smoke up everyone's ass about him!

If he doesn't play at all on Saturday I am ready to call him flat out a BUST!

If you can't play 1 fuggin' snap in the 3rd game of the pre-season then someone is B.S.ing about what is really wrong!

There are 2 reasons you don't play the entire pre-season..

1. You are holding out
2. You are fuggin hurt!

Will Shields is gonna play, bad back and all. I don't se them babying him and he is 10 years older than Bell!

How about we calm down and see if he plays week 1. Once again preseason games don't mean jack, if they put him out there and he gets injured, you'd probably bitch about that too right.

Wait till the actual season starts before you start calling guys busts.

So they why put Shields out there? Or Gonzo? Or Dunn? Or anyone else that is nursing an injury? I have defended Bell up to thi spoint but it sounds like he is either a cry-baby or they're HOPING he is going to be better because he is worse than they are saying.

I think you're crazy to call a person a bust in the preseason.

That being said, I think Bell is like Shawn Barber... Here's another guy who hasn't been able to put two solid years together in a row.

He's not a bust... yet.

Damn petegz28, who pissed on your lucky charms this morning?

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v39/SwedeCarlson/Funnies/crying.jpg

I think they just all agree that there is no sense in playing in a f**king meaningless game unless you are 100% period, specifically not just to try and prove critics wrong.

Honestly, who give a f**k? Prove em wrong when the games mean something.

Guys get injured and anyone that plays as intensely as Bell is going to be put at a higher risk, just like with Priest.

You can bet that if Priest had a toe strained that he wouldn't play a series in a meaningless game either.

In 4 years Bell has played 47 games out of a possible 64, that ain't great but its still almost 3/4 of the games. Two of those seasons he was an all pro.

Man, I don't know what is your problem is, but sheesh, you need a blowjob or something. :shake:

Go fug yourself butt cheese. I'm not buying DV's constant flip-flopping with this guy. We went from "He will play on Tuesday" to "doubtful" today. And the capper is when DV syas" Well I would expect him to play on opening day that is is why we brought him here". Doesn't sound like someone very confident to me. Not even the ever-positive DV.

Whether anyone likes it or not, you do have a very solid point there.

I know this, when a player holds out of camp for the entire preseason, I have incredibly low expectations for them during the regular season, especially the first half of it.

That whole thing about being in "football shape" and all...

I truly believe he has no honesty in his being, and I think he is lying to himself at least 75% of the time.

That coupled with the fact that I just dont think he sees keeping the fans in the know as a priority.

In the least.

He is there to take care of business. Everyone seems to have this idea that what he says in public mirrors things he says when those locker room doors are closed which makes me laugh.

All I am saying is they keep changing their tune on this guy. I don't want him hurt during pre-season. But it's the constant flip-flopping by Vermeil. And saying "it's a mindset thing". I say B.S.! I don't know Smaqe. Something about him taking his 1st snap in over 15 games or so in a regular season game bothers me. I wa with you, I would of rather signed a DE than an LB. BUT since we didn't I would like to see "something" out of this guy. Particularly with his past injury problemS.

We could have had Ty Law and Bell.

The "official" reason Bell is not playing is the shoulder problem. The same issue he has has since college. Did they not check this out? Of course they did but evidently some Dr. on the Chiefs was wrong and the NY Dr. was right.McCleon is a gaping hole that Moss, T.O. are just going to have field day with.

We could end up starting 1-3 in our last year of the window of oppertunity. That ain't a hole I'd like to dig out of.King Carl should have given Ty Law an incentive based contract like Bell's. but maybe the Chief Dr's told him that Law wouldn't be ready. Same ones that told him that Bell's shoulder was fine

I'm giving King Carl the benefit of doubt. He's an arrogant prick but he's no Dr. He has to rely on what hes told. If they told him that Bell was healthy and Law wouldn't be its not his fault.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Surtain stay at the LCB spot all the time? I don't seem to recall ever hearing that he would automatically line up on the best WR, no matter the side. I think Gunther keeps his CBs on the same side all the time.

Some of both. Depends on whether they're in man/shift or zone. They were in zone the other night when Bolden went deep...
