Tigers moving the ball rushing..

Eleazar

Nice runs there by smith and woods.

Hopefully 7-7 soon.

Saulbadguy
10-01-2005, 10:22 AM
Since the rushing game is working so well, Gary Pinkel is gonna mix it up and look for the pass.

Saulbadguy
10-01-2005, 10:26 AM
ROFL

Like I said. 3 passing plays in a row, after the rushing game has been moving the ball so well.

Bob Dole
10-01-2005, 10:30 AM
Missed a big chance there.

Bob Dole

So the ball comes out of his hand as it hits the ground and it's a fumble?

Bob Dole

Nice efense.

Mizzou will always be Mizzou. I've given up any hope for better than mediocre teams.

Boston has nothing on this curse.

Eleazar

Come on, run the ball with someone other than the backup QB please.. :shake:

If Mizzou could hold on to the damned ball, they'd have a chance.

I'm waiting for Brad to try to dribble it thru his legs next.

Good god, 3rd and 30... and we let the QB run for 31 yards.

Bob Dole
10-01-2005, 11:44 AM
Mizzou is losing the field position battle in a big way.

Brad Smith sucks and so does the play calling. They clearly have caught Texas on an off day and are blowing it! Is there an RB on the team? Smith looks like he is walking when running. No urgency or attempt hit the hole.

Saulbadguy
10-01-2005, 11:51 AM
I wouldn't say Brad Smith sucks, but his playcalling has always sucked.

Saulbadguy
10-01-2005, 11:52 AM
Haha..Mack Brown sucks too.

Nice of ABC to switch coverage to a game nobody here cares about.

Bob Dole doesn't give a shit if it's a blowout or not. The networks should stop the practice of swapping to a "more competitive" game in the middle of a ****ing broadcast.

I agree with the practice if its outside the coverage area. In this case, its really not.

Although that was exciting watching that lineman with the hair run back a fumble for a TD.

Interestingly, we still have the MU, Texas game on. We also have the Texas A & M game on. However, I did some looking for the OSU game and its not on. Kinda odd that OSu wouldn't be covered when they are probably the best football team in the state.

It is all scheduled before time. OSU/CU did not get the slot. K-State/OU is televised later today (6:00 PM).

I haven't seen OSU televised down here yet. Not that I really care about them or anything, I just think it is odd that the local broadcasters wouldn't carry a state school.

Where would they broadcast it? They could do PPV, but thats it. The FSN and ABC slots are filled with better games.

We have a number of other cable spots that could carry it. I could watch St Francis at Rober Morris if I wanted.

I was right! They only lost by 31 - 5 touchdowns would have been 35.

Its the small victories that keep you going.:)

That's because they are. Mizzou is mediocre at best, but damn, those boys from Texas are big and fast.

On another note, it really pisses me off that they allow a visiting team to bring their band and cheerleaders into an opposing teams stadium. I've never understood it. They can trot in as many pumpkin orange wearing assholes as they want, but how dare they play their fight song in our stadium. :cuss:
